Day 1 and workout 1 of the Four Hour Body

Today started with my Daily Morning Routine, followed by protein shake, then Greg’s Porridge, Greg’s Salad, Greg’s Porridge.

I was super excited to hit some exercise after a month of basically nothing. The 5/5 cadence was a challenge but got it done.

I completed Workout A to failure, with my handstand push-ups failing after 5 reps, so I did 2 reps of 5 second negatives.

After my workout I ate a protein shake and Greg’s Veggie Stew.

I don’t really feel that sore. Let’s see what tomorrow holds.
