Busy day at the office. Lots to do. A little hungry to start the day but 3 green teas sorted that out. Might need to start drinking espressos in the morning.

- handful of dried prunes
- handful of mixed nuts
- 1 x cafe latte with Bon Soy soy milk
- 2 x tea with Bon Soy soy milk
- 2 x protein shakes
- Dinner
- pork chop
- 2 x grilled zucchini
- 1 grilled egg plant
- bunch of grilled asparagus
- 1 large grilled mushroom
Exercise was quick but tiring:
