Day 13 – Monday 11th of July 2016

Busy day at the office. Lots to do. A little hungry to start the day but 3 green teas sorted that out. Might need to start drinking espressos in the morning.

Food for the day:

  • Lunch
    • Greek salad with tomato, spinach, capsicum, feta, oregano, sprickle of teff, olive oil
    • chicken breast
  • Snacks
    • 2 x bananas
    • handful of dried prunes
    • handful of mixed nuts
    • 1 x cafe latte with Bon Soy soy milk
    • 2 x tea with Bon Soy soy milk
    • 2 x protein shakes
  • Dinner
    • pork chop
    • 2 x grilled zucchini
    • 1 grilled egg plant
    • bunch of grilled asparagus
    • 1 large grilled mushroom

Exercise was quick but tiring:

  • 5 kipping handstand pushups
  • 25 squats
  • 5 kipping handstand pushups
  • 25 jumps
  • 5 kipping handstand pushups
  • 25 squats

  • 25 jumps

Morning weight was 74.4kg and evening weight was 75.5
