Today was a pretty shitty Melbourne winter day. Rain, rain and cold. Went to the market for weekly Sunday shopping to get the following:
- pork chops
- salmon
- tuna
- asparagus
- egg plant
- broccolini
- capsicum
- tomatoes
- spinach
Then off to the supermarket for:
- feta
- Greek yoghurt
- bananas
First meal of the day was my tummy porridge with:
- 1 scoop of rolled oat mixed with quinoa flakes
- 1 scoop of white chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Teff
- sprinkle of shredded coconut
- sprinkle of slithered almons
- sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
- Bon Soy soy milk
- 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt
Lunch was an omelette with: spinach, mushroom, red onion, 2 eggs with cottage cheese.
Snacks were:
- 2 handfuls of dried prunes
- a handful of mixed nuts
- 4 nespresso cafe lattes with Bon Soy soy milk
- 1 cup of tea with Bon Soy soy milk
- 1 whole block of Lindt 90% cocoa chocolate
- 1 banana
Yummy dinner was:
- Oven baked salmon
- cabbage
- cauliflower
My morning weight pre-toilet stop was 75.7kg and post toilet stop was 74.6kg.
