Another crazy busy day today. Had to smash 3 green teas and about 4 glasses of water to get me through to lunch.

- Smoked salmon
- Greek salad with tomato, spinach, capsicum, feta, oregano, sprinkle of teff, olive oil
- Snacks
- 2 x bananas
- handful of dried prunes
- 2 x large cafe latte with Bon Soy soy milk
- handful of mixed nuts
- 2 x hard boiled eggs
- Dinner (I was super original)
- 1 scoop of rolled oat mixed with quinoa flakes
- 1 scoop of white chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Teff
- sprinkle of shredded coconut
- sprinkle of slithered almons
- sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
- Bon Soy soy milk
- 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt
No exercise today. Morning weight was 74.5kg and evening weight was 74.3kg.
