Day 14 – Tuesday 12th of July 2016

Another crazy busy day today. Had to smash 3 green teas and about 4 glasses of water to get me through to lunch.

  • Lunch
    • Smoked salmon
    • Greek salad with tomato, spinach, capsicum, feta, oregano, sprinkle of teff, olive oil
  • Snacks
    • 2 x bananas
    • handful of dried prunes
    • 2 x large cafe latte with Bon Soy soy milk
    • handful of mixed nuts
    • 2 x hard boiled eggs
  • Dinner (I was super original)
    • 1 scoop of rolled oat mixed with quinoa flakes
    • 1 scoop of white chia seeds
    • 1 scoop of Teff
    • sprinkle of shredded coconut
    • sprinkle of slithered almons
    • sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
    • Bon Soy soy milk
    • 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt

No exercise today. Morning weight was 74.5kg and evening weight was 74.3kg.
