Day 15 – Wednesday 13th of July 2016

Slammed today full of meetings and fun. Good day though. Didn’t start feasting until 1:30PM and finished at 8PM so might be a bit hungry tomorrow. Food was:

  • Lunch:
    • 1 scoop of rolled oat mixed with quinoa flakes
    • 1 scoop of white chia seeds
    • 1 scoop of Teff
    • sprinkle of shredded coconut
    • sprinkle of slithered almons
    • sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
    • Bon Soy soy milk
    • 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt
  • Snacks
    • 2 x eggs
    • handful of prunes
    • handful of nuts
    • 2 x cafe latte with Bon Soy soy milk
  • Dinner:
    • tuna with Greek sald
  • Exercise:
    • 30 slit lunges
    • 30 burpee squat jumps
    • 30 toes to bar
    • 20 second rest
    • 20 slit lunges
    • 20 burpee squat jumps
    • 20 toes to bar
    • 10 second rest
    • 10 slit lunges
    • 10 burpee squat jumps
    • 10 toes to bar

Morning weight was 73.5kg and evening weight was 73.5kg as well.
