Slammed today full of meetings and fun. Good day though. Didn’t start feasting until 1:30PM and finished at 8PM so might be a bit hungry tomorrow. Food was:

- 1 scoop of Teff
- sprinkle of shredded coconut
- sprinkle of slithered almons
- sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
- Bon Soy soy milk
- 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt
- Snacks
- 2 x eggs
- handful of prunes
- handful of nuts
- 2 x cafe latte with Bon Soy soy milk
- Dinner:
- tuna with Greek sald
- Exercise:
- 30 slit lunges
- 30 burpee squat jumps
- 30 toes to bar
- 20 second rest
- 20 slit lunges
- 20 burpee squat jumps
- 20 toes to bar
- 10 second rest
- 10 slit lunges
- 10 burpee squat jumps
- 10 toes to bar
Morning weight was 73.5kg and evening weight was 73.5kg as well.
