Day 17 – Friday 15th of July 2016

Big day today. Awesome client meeting. For pants of Friday food was quite random.

  • Snacks:
    • 2 x hard boiled eggs
    • 2 x large week soy lattes with Bon Soy soy milk
    • handful of dried prunes
    • 1 x cup of tea with Bon Soy soy milk
  • Lunch:
    • huge chicken parma with chips from The Wolf and I
  • Dinner:
    • 2 x large dim sims
    • 8 x chicken dumplings

No exercise today

Morning weight was 73.2kg and evening weight 74.8kg.
