What a cracking day today. Spent the afternoon in the sun doing some exercise and generally relaxing woohoo
First meal of the day was my tummy porridge with:
- 1 scoop of rolled oat mixed with quinoa flakes
- 1 scoop of white chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Teff
- sprinkle of shredded coconut
- sprinkle of slithered almons
- sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
- Bon Soy soy milk
- 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt
Lunch was an omelette with: spinach, mushroom, red onion, 2 eggs with cottage cheese.
Snacks were:
- 2 handfuls of dried prunes
- 4 nespresso cafe lattes with Bon Soy soy milk
- 1 x hard boilded egg
Yummy dinner was:
- 1 x Sam the Man burger with double patties and no mayo or sauce from Hello Sam
- 2 slices of pizza from A25 pizza
My morning weight pre-toilet stop was 73.6kg and post toilet stop was 75.1kg.
