Day 18 – Saturday 16th of July 2016

What a cracking day today. Spent the afternoon in the sun doing some exercise and generally relaxing woohoo

First meal of the day was my tummy porridge with:

  • 1 scoop of rolled oat mixed with quinoa flakes
  • 1 scoop of white chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Teff
  • sprinkle of shredded coconut
  • sprinkle of slithered almons
  • sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
  • Bon Soy soy milk
  • 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt

Lunch was an omelette with: spinach, mushroom, red onion, 2 eggs with cottage cheese.

Snacks were:

  • 2 handfuls of dried prunes
  • 4 nespresso cafe lattes with Bon Soy soy milk
  • 1 x hard boilded egg

Yummy dinner was:

  • 1 x Sam the Man burger with double patties and no mayo or sauce from Hello Sam
  • 2 slices of pizza from A25 pizza

My morning weight pre-toilet stop was 73.6kg and post toilet stop was 75.1kg.
