Ground hog day! Today was a replica of yesterday, but with a more chilly wind.
First meal of the day was my yummy porridge with:
- 1 scoop of rolled oat mixed with quinoa flakes
- 1 scoop of white chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Teff
- sprinkle of shredded coconut
- sprinkle of slithered almons
- sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
- Bon Soy soy milk
- 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt
Lunch was an omelette with: spinach, mushroom, red onion, 2 eggs with cottage cheese.
Snacks were:
- 2 handfuls of dried prunes
- 3 nespresso cafe lattes with Bon Soy soy milk
- 2 x hard boilded egg
Yummy dinner was:
- 1 x pork chop
- shit loads of grilled egg plant, zucchini, asparagus, mushroom and broccholini.
My morning weight pre-toilet stop was 73.8kg and post toilet stop was 74.9kg.
Exercise was ok:
- 5 one arm pushups
- 10 split loungs
- 20 jumping jacks

- 30 jumping jacks
- 10 one arm pushups
