Day 19 – Sunday 17th of July 2016

Ground hog day! Today was a replica of yesterday, but with a more chilly wind.

First meal of the day was my yummy porridge with:

  • 1 scoop of rolled oat mixed with quinoa flakes
  • 1 scoop of white chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Teff
  • sprinkle of shredded coconut
  • sprinkle of slithered almons
  • sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
  • Bon Soy soy milk
  • 3 spoons of Greek yoghurt

Lunch was an omelette with: spinach, mushroom, red onion, 2 eggs with cottage cheese.

Snacks were:

  • 2 handfuls of dried prunes
  • 3 nespresso cafe lattes with Bon Soy soy milk
  • 2 x hard boilded egg

Yummy dinner was:

  • 1 x pork chop
  • shit loads of grilled egg plant, zucchini, asparagus, mushroom and broccholini.

My morning weight pre-toilet stop was 73.8kg and post toilet stop was 74.9kg.

Exercise was ok:

  • 5 one arm pushups
  • 10 split loungs
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 7 one arm pushups
  • 15 split loungs
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 one arm pushups
  • 20 split loungs
  • 40 jumping jacks
  • 5 one arm pushups
