Well, Day 2 was just as tough as Day 1. Had an 8:30AM meeting so had to wake up half an hour earlier than normal. Smashed 3 green teas and 3 glasses of water to get me through to feasting time.
Had a lunch meeting meeting today so my meals were a little out.
Snacks:
- 2 x bananas
- 2 dried figs
- 9 or so dried prunes dried prunes for my boron intake
Lunch:
- Lunch was dumplings, pork, beef and veggies
Dinner:
- Made an omelette with
- two eggs
- a handful of spinach
- half a big field mushroom
- some chopped red onion
- about a tenth of an avocado
- A cup of tea with Bon Soy soy milk
