Day 3 started nice and early. Up at 7:10AM as I had an 8AM meeting (why so many early meetings), which I haven’t done for quite a while. Already on Day 3 I am not feeling hungry. Usual few 3 green teas and a few glasses of water to get me through to feasting time.
We had parma Friday’s in the office so meeting meeting today so my meals were a little out.
Snacks:
- 2 dried figs
- 9 or so dried prunes dried prunes for my boron intake
- A handful of nuts
- 1 x large week soy latte no sugar
Lunch:
- Had a Union Parma, was awesome
Dinner:
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 x smoked chicken drumsticks
Today was pretty lame with my eating as I had to go pick up an iMac for a new designer.
No exercise today.
