Feeling good. Slept in until 10AM for Day 4. Had a green tea and a couple of glasses of water.
Lunch was my favourite breakfast:
- 3 scoops of porrige
- 1 scoop of chia seeds
- some cinnamon
- sprinkle of shredded coconut
- sprinkle of slithered almonds
- sprinkle of roasted hazel nuts
- some Bon Soy soy milk
- 3 spoons of Greek Yoghurt
- 1 x Nespresso coffee with Bon Soy soy milk
Snacks were:
- 1 x weak soy cafe latte
- 2 x smoked chicken drumsticks
- 2 x hemp protein shakes with some BCAAs and creatine
Exercise was:
- 25 burpees
- 15 pullups
- 15 pushups
- 25 buprees
- 2 x 40m run
- 25 burpees

Then I finished up with 5 muscleups.
Dinner was a lazy mans omelette with:
- 2 x eggs
- handful of spinach
- half a field mushroom
- 2 scoops of cottage cheese
- 1 cup of tea with Bon Soy soy milk
