Cooking with gas! Been a super busy day today. Work was flat-out all day. Not much else going on though apart from bouncing around at Bounce Inc www.bounceinc.com.au after work. Don’t think I’m going to be able to move tomorrow.
Lunch:
- Greek salad with:
- Left over baked salmon from the night before
- 1 chopped tomato
- some chopped capsicum
- handful of spinach leaves
- feta
- sprinkle of teff
- origano
- olive oil
- apple cider vinegar
- 1 x soy cafe latte
- 1 x tea with Bon Soy milk
Snacks:
- 2 x bananas
- handful of mixed nuts
- 8 dried prunes
- 2 x hard boiled eggs
- about 5 spoons of greek yoghurt with shredded coconut, slithered almonds, roasted hazel nuts, some blueberries and rasberries
Dinner
- 2 x Nonna Maria souvlaki from Jimmy Grants
My weight is 74.1kg after going to the toilet before bed. Morning wait waking up was 73.8kg.
No exercise today other than bouncing around for an hour. My Fitbit strap broke because it got caught on the basketball ring while I was slam dunking so I wasn’t able to get a reading on how bloody tiring bouncing on trampolines is.
