Crazy day today. Food was pretty standard.
Snacks:
- 2 x bananas
- handful of mixed nuts
- 8 dried prunes
- 2 x hard boiled eggs
- about 5 spoons of greek yoghurt with shredded coconut, slithered almonds, roasted hazel nuts, some blueberries and rasberries
- 1 large cafe latte with Bon Soy soy milk
Lunch:
Greek salad with:
- Half a smoked chicken breast
- 1 chopped tomato
- some chopped capsicum
- handful of spinach leaves
- sprinkle of teff
- origano
- olive oil
- apple cider vinegar
- 1 x soy cafe latte
- 1 x tea with Bon Soy milk
Dinner:
- 1 x pork chop
- grilled asparagus
- grilled zucchini
- grilled egg plan
My morning weight was 74.3kg and night time weight was 75.3kg.
No exercise today. Pretty sore from Bounce last night.
