Day 8 – Wednesday 6th of July 2016

I’ve been in meetings all day today. Another crazy one tomorrow. Fun below

Lunch:

Greek salad with:

  • Smoked salmon
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • some chopped capsicum
  • handful of spinach leaves
  • sprinkle of teff
  • origano
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar
  • 1 x soy cafe latte

Snacks:

  • 1 x bananas
  • handful of mixed nuts
  • 8 dried prunes
  • 2 x hard boiled eggs
  • about 5 spoons of greek yoghurt with shredded coconut, slithered almonds, roasted hazel nuts, some blueberries and rasberries
  • 1 large cafe latte with Bon Soy soy milk

Dinner:

  • 1 x pork chop
  • grilled asparagus
  • grilled zucchini
  • grilled egg plan

My morning weight was 73.9kg and night time weight was 73.9kg.

No exercise today. Pretty sore from Bounce Monday night.
