Day 9 – Thursday 7th July 2016

Today was the first day of business strategy meeting so I just took a couple of handfuls of nuts and prunes to keep me going once  feasting begins.

Today’s meals were a little all over the place.

  • Breakfast at Hellas Cakes in Richmond was
    • 2 eggs
    • slice of bread
    • bacon
    • spinach
    • Some other things I forget lol
    • 2 x Bon Soy milk cafe latte
  • Snacks were 2 handfuls of nuts and a handful of prunes
  • Dinner was:
    • pork chop
    • grilled asparagus, zucchini, egg plant
    • cup of tea with Bon Soy milk

Thursday’s morning weight was 73.5kg and night time weight was 74.4kg.
